Qualifications
I have a PhD in Neuroscience from Queen’s University. As a nationally funded (NSERC) behavioural scientist, I studied human performance related to eye-hand coordination and sex differences in navigation strategies. I have published several papers in scientific journals on these topics and have presented materials at numerous national and international conferences.

While at Queen’s University, I was also responsible for the administration of the largest course on campus with over 1500 enrolled students. Through this experience, I developed a number of areas of expertise, including:
› project management
› team building and extensive work delegation skills
› individual and group assessment
› program evaluation
› teaching experience at the university level
› award-winning tutorial instruction
I received my coach training with Coach Training International (CTI). In August, 2011 I obtained certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Through my training with CTI I acquired skills in:
› individual coaching for personal and professional development
› leadership cultivation
› values identification and assessment
› goal setting facilitation
I am also certified by The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP). With this training, I implement a theoretically-based and statistically-backed assessment tool for corporate culture and leadership styles. My consultations focus on:
› identifying personality characteristics statistically related to the financial success of Fortune 100 companies
› assessing corporate culture to identify behaviours correlated with business success and failure
› implementing long-term behavioural change plans
› employing a system of accountability proven to increase client follow-through
